For eligible Optimum service orders, Zenorex assists consumers with checking service availability, reviewing available plans and offers, and submitting orders through its authorized sales/distribution channel. Zenorex's Optimum program relationship is administered through its authorized dealer program channel.
Optimum (CSC Holdings, LLC) is the underlying telecommunications service provider. Optimum determines final service availability and customer eligibility, approves the order, establishes the customer account, provides or arranges installation and activation where applicable, supplies the telecommunications service, bills the customer, and provides ongoing account and technical support.
Zenorex does not control Optimum's network availability, final pricing, promotions, credit or eligibility requirements, installation scheduling, billing, or continuing service. Plans, prices, promotional terms and availability may vary by service address and are subject to confirmation by Optimum.
Zenorex may receive compensation for eligible service orders completed through its authorized sales channel. This compensation does not increase the customer's price solely because the customer received assistance from Zenorex.

Zenorex is primarily available to assist prospective customers with service information and eligible new-service orders.
